The FCC Connector Support Service is a free consultation-based support model designed to help individuals achieve the goals outlined in their existing case management plans.
Our team works directly with participants to explore options, recommend practical pathways, and connect them to the right services — whether it’s employment, training, housing, or wellbeing support. We take a personalised, culturally aware approach to ensure every person feels supported and empowered.
Participants also have the option to join our Connector Jobseeker Program — a paid, non-accredited training course that builds confidence, job-readiness, and motivation for long-term success.
Please note: The Connector Jobseeker Program is delivered as a fee-based service. Pricing details can be discussed during the initial consultation, and in some cases, funding or sponsorship options may be available depending on eligibility.
